What makes someone a good teammate?
 
  "The ideal teammate is a person who gives 100% in everything they do.  First and most importantly they need to

  have the heart and a strong passion for the game.  They must be willing to sacrifice social events and other 

  things in order to practice and become a better player.  They must have a positive and determined state of mind.  

  They must be a leader and not a follower and be able to lead their team through stressful and pressure situations.

  Overall, they must be a positive motivated person with a passion for the game and reachable goals they can 

  conquer."

  What does it mean to be a positive player?
 
  "Positivity is really important in volleyball and it, or the lack of it, can make or break a team.  A positive player

  will always look on the bright side of things no matter what.  Even if the team is losing, she will look at each 

  play and be happy for the good thing the team did, not analyze the mistakes.  She will always encourage her 

  teammates and make sure her positivity rubs off on them.  She will always be the one to get excited and will

  infect others with her positivity.  Even if it really seems like there is not hope left, her positivity, and the positivity

  she ignites in others could be the one glint of hope that helps you win the games."
